  A quality USA-made 4" buffing wheel made by Dico Polishing. This loose sewn wheel is designed for final polishing & for a brilliant luster. It is an extremely wheel for color buffing (polishing). It is narrow for hard to reach places. Made of fine cotton sheeting held together with a circle of lockstitch sewing. Note: No washers included.  Made in the USA.
